At The Hijab Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your modest wear, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your hijabs or apparel are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  Submit a Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
